Three/Five-axis AC Servo Driven Robots
This series is for 120T-1200T horizontal injection molding machine., double stage arm type. It has three axis and five axis AC servo driven. Dry take out time 1.2s, dry cycle time 5.5s, application in fast take out or special products of inner mold labeling and inserting.
Also, there are plastic injection molding machine for 650T-3200T, double stage arm type. With three axis AC servo driven, fast dry take out time, easy to adjust fixture, long life, low fault rate. Dry take out time 2.5s, max loaded 50kg(Include finished product and fixture). Mainly application in fast or complicated product take out, such as motor vehicle, home appliances etc.
Adopting communication type with less signal cable, long distance communication, well expansion performance, strong anti-interference, High accurate repeated positioning. With the ability of multi-axis controlled at the same time, easy to maintenance and with low fault rate.
