Three-axis AC Servo Driven Robots
This series is for 120T-500T horizontal injection molding machine finished products and gate taking out. Double stage up/down arm structure, with single or double arm, single arm suitable for taking out two plate mold. Traverse and fore arm vertical movement driven by AC servo motor, precise position, fast taking out, easy and fast to adjust fixture. Robots help to increase production out put (10-30%), reduce defective rate, protect operators safety, reduce labor uses, accurately production control, reduce waste.
Also, there are horizontal injection molding machine for 150T-380T, double stage arm type. It has three axis and five axis AC servo driven. Dry take out time 1.2s, dry cycle time 6s, application in fast take out or special products of inner mold labeling and inserting.
Adopting communication type with less signal cable, long distance communication, well expansion performance, strong anti-interference, High accurate repeated positioning. With the ability of multi-axis controlled at the same time, easy to maintenance and with low fault rate.
