Five-axis AC Servo Traversing Robots
This series application on plastic injection molding machine for 220T-600T. With three axis AC servo driven, fast dry take out time, easy to adjust fixture, long life, low fault rate. Dry take out time 1.8s, max loaded 10kg(Include finished product and fixture). Mainly application in rectangle type product take out, such as motor vehicle, wash machine etc.
Adopting communication type with less signal cable, long distance communication, well expansion performance, strong anti-interference, High accurate repeated positioning. With the ability of multi-axis controlled at the same time, easy to maintenance and with low fault rate.
